you are absolutely right very_frustated..you should ask for compensation, though i doubt any outcome... afaik, u can work while u wait for your FLR...only problem is you can't go out of this country..which is very bad...i have now been waiting for 2 months ..and i think it will take further 2 months...

hi,

I need to travel to my native place on the 25th of september. My FLR will be applied for today. Moderator, do you think filling an Urgent Treatment form with ticket details will fasten the stamping required on my PP?

for an ILR, do you need payslips for all past employers from last 4 years? or will last 1 year payslips be enough..or will bank statements be enough?

hi all,

my new employer has applied for a fresh work permit today only. what are the processing times for a fresh inland WP applications? when i am expecting the stamping to be done on my passport? any ideas how long it is taking nowadays?
