my appeal against homeoffice refusal to my HSMP(FLR) application, is approved. HO didn't appeal against this decision.

in my experience they can do verifications of documents during both stages. it depends entirely on the case worker.

No, he didn't speak with the case worker, but he called to the general enquiry number for HSMP. they asked for refrence number and then he told him that his application is still with case worker.

I think u should send both ur bsc and Msc degree to Naric and also claim points on ur Master degree for HSMP. Secondly for english language requirement u should get the letter from the institute from where u did ur BSC(3 year) degree.

as far as child education and health facility is concerned, yes they are free for any hsmp dependent's child. even NHS is free not only for children but for hsmp holder and all its dependent.
you are not eligible to get child tax credit on hsmp because that comes under public fund.

hi SpiderKing!

my husband had applied for FLR(HSMP) last friday. I had called HO and they confirmed me that there is no need to send the the letter and just write ur approval reference number. U can call them and confirm it by urself from them to be sure.

there is no need to send the hsmp approval letter with FLR. u just need to enter ur case refrence number, which is on ur approval letter, in the FLR form.

first he applied for hsmp and got approval letter with 400 pounds fees. Now we send FLR(HSMP) form for initial approval with our passports and with 350 pounds fees.
