Hi , When I applied for Tier 1 Visa then I had submitted my masters degree. My degree was recognised by the point based calculator. I am going to apply for ILR in Sep 2015. My wife first entered UK in Sep 2012. She has not completed 5 years yet .My query is - Is there any qualifying period of duration for ILR dependents ?
How long she will have to be in UK before she can go for ILR ?
