Company B is an American firm and didn't have anything in the UK before the purchase of Company A. All the shareholders are different and Company A's name is now changed to be Company ...

Re: Travelling abroad whilst naturalisation application with HO

Does anyone know of a case where someone was out the country and their naturalisation was refused? And in the process, they also revoked the ILR? You are free to travel. BC is rarely refused simply because you are traveling out of the UK. ILR is rarely revoked simply because Citizenship was refused...

Tier 2 - Extension Refused on Salary - URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

Hi guys, I applied for a Tier 2 - General extension on the 09/01/2017 when my leave to remain was expiring on the 21/01/2017. I received a letter from the UKBA on the 23/02/2017 stating that my application has been refused due to inappropriate salary and I can apply for an administrative review with...

Hi cs95tdg Thanks for the reply. If I understand it correctly.. 1. My current employer has issued me with the CoS, so the employment letter has to come from him for me to apply for my ILR 2. Once the ILR has been granted, I can work for anyone I like without making the HO aware of the change of empl...

Hi @timbob

Many thanks for your detailed reply.

I had my CoS assigned yesterday. But I am going to apply online and then send the supporting docs within 15 days of the application.

ILR - Change of employer

Hi there Just have a quick question. I understand that the sponsor that issued the Certificate of Sponsorship that led to the applicant's last grant of leave must certify in writing that he still requires the applicant for the employment in question. What if I was to change employers once the ILR wa...

Thanks.
