How did you come to the conclusion that I am seeking advise to give to clients in exchange for money? Is it my login id? In that case you are probably a cauliflower and shouldn't be typing on a computer in the first place. What should really concern you is the fact that you are on a public forum goi...

Cheers mulderpf,

Much appreciated.

Also, apologies to everyone for all the hot air created in this thread.

Some people like to get into unnecessary childish banter on a forum that is created to address a rather mature subject.

Greenie, You really like to butt-in into other people's lives, don't you? how does it concern you if my friend or client (as you believe) knows what i am doing or not? Are you paying me on their behalf? Didn't they teach you at school to mind your own business? I doubt the purpose of your being on t...

Wow, you got so excited you posted the same thing twice. Relax, I don't need to but still assure you that i'm not getting paid for the advice I am seeking. Some people do have friends you see, and some people like to help others. So you can now stop acting like you own this place and let others do t...

I guess the purpose of a forum is to get guidance and advice relating to different scenarios no matter who they relate to. One of the most annoying thing about this particular forum is Guru's like yourself trying to police every post. Whether some one is paying me for advice or if i'm doing this for...

Maintenance shortfall

I've been reading the previous posts and have a doubt. couldn't our friend add his name onto a friend/family member's bank account (in the UK) and then get them to sign the declaration on the application form. I know it's too late now but couldn't you have submitted joint account statements with tha...

elfray, i do not think that an extension application will be affected due to driving offences. I think they are only applicable for Settlement and nationality applications. I could be wrong though.

You can travel to India and make an application from India for a dependant visa for your child.

What visa are you on at the moment and when do you qualify for ILR?
