i daresay the letter may not serve the full purpose of the caseworker's job. dont forget the full description of duties and responsibilities must be included for it to fly.

dont forget we gave up long ago trying to analyse the working of the hsmp queue. just prepare your mind each time for whatever you see on the HO website.. that makes it real less stressful.

am with you saint and f2k on this. for june - dec applicants, there's just no theory that can explain the rationale for processing LIFO (last in first out). only the team at HO can explain what is going on.. i would have thought that this system would exemplify what excellent service delivery is all...

in any case larry wouldn't you have made a copy of the filled form prior to sending the package to HO? i doubt if they would accede to your request since they are through with you (positively anyway) 8)

i quite share the thoughts of f2k in this. it indeed seems very unfortunate for us june-november applicants but who knows what Providence has in stock for us? pulling out our applications now i dont think will be right at least not for everyone. i also believe things will take a fast track very soon...

further to cosmopol's opinion, i would suggest that if you already comfortably cross the points threshhold (65) without the 10 points in question, you had rather avoid the complications. at least with an approval, you would then play around with the flexibilities.
