i tend to agree with bani that this topic should be a sticky, however with a more appropriate title of job recruiters as specified.

unfortunately we are now not able to rightly guess hsmp's service levels like we used to do pre- june 2004 when it was all so logical. then one could almost certainly know when his/her case was with caseworker (also through calling them and emails for them to confirm). as a december applicant, going...

i once read some months back on the board or elsewhere that HO was going to embark on a pilot scheme on verification of applicants documents from their home countries. i think china was mentioned as one of the sample countries. perhaps this has already started.

You can actually send additional crucial information to hsmp provided your file has not yet been allocated to a caseworker. quite a few members did this in the past (i did too!). so it's really a good idea to do so if the info will enhance your chances. lynn if you have significantly crossed the poi...

i quite tend to agree with f2k that they definitely cannot still be dealing with june 7 cases but should have moved (to my mind) to july by now. what to me is not right is the failure to update the operational service levels :x at least with that we could be able to pin down one or two of these theo...

the main point is that one does not know where they are now as per service levels for those on the queue. :? we have now finally stopped hearing about june cases except most of them are not part of the board and are out there.
for july - november applicants, i agree it's just prayers...

someone raised a similar issue some weeks back. to my knowledge the procedure has been for HO to withhold all original documents until a decision is arrived at. asking them to forward your originals before a decision is made may mean withdrawing your application. the current down side of HSMP...

for late june applicants, i think that you will start getting feelers from middle of february towards the end, provided those 'job offer'applicants don't increase their folds more than the current levels. :(

yes they may be legally bound to attend to pending applications, having collected the funds but disapproving all pending applications (whether qualified or not) is also a way of scrapping the programme, right?

my line of thinking on this situation rhymes with that of sarab especially in point 3. may be the caseworker felt the threshold could not be met and came up with that decision.. it would really be helpful to have the breakdown of the scores at any rate.. donot lose total hope yet FromOZ, as long as ...

it would have been helpful if u belong to a professional accounting body and you are for example chartered. then the role would be incontestable as to it being a graduate level. if so i would expect that you submitted your professional certificate.

wishing u June applicants the very best of luck! i can imagine being pensive at this time! Sergio have u confirmed if your file has not been allocated to a caseworker? my understanding is you cannot send additional docs if already with a caseworker except if requested by HO :?
