my fiance had his application rejected for the same reasons....so we will now be focusing on his options and whether we could also appeal the decision on his case. if your fiance will be your spouse or partner, he may not necessarily need to have an HSMP approval as he could come in under a dependa...

Is it right to conclude now that HO is disposed to placing one on the urgent queue once you call up and make the request even without having a job offer? someone earlier reported same and his case was treated without job offer :o

i still favour the use of travelers cheques since they are safe, once u sign off on the cheques and keep your receipt safely! u can easily turn it into cash once u get to London and ensure u exchange at the post office or Thomas Cooke (in case of Travelex) to avoid annoying charges. i learnt opening...

i really dont know how long it takes but i reckon it depends on the quantity of outgoing mails at any point in time.
i only recently read from the HO website that there are quite a lot of outgoing mails awaiting despatch.
dont worry, am sure soon enough your docs will get to u!
