hi friends i know my question will sound a bit silly but still i m gonna ask.if my visa expires on 7th of may then acc. to the 28 day rule am i gonna be eligible to apply for ilr in person on 9th of april itself or it has to be 10th of april.mine ws a incountry switch to work permit. not really..it actually is a very straightforward case..five years work permit with same employer. but just worried that i might not b able to secure an appointment with a dependent. NERVOUS
