It is very unlikely that anyone will want to talk with you if it is a standard application. My husband keeps telling me the same. Its just me being worried as UKBA once rejected my visa application. If you don't wan to go to Liverpool, why don't you call them up and suggest a meeting in Glasgow or whatever city you are based in. Or invite them to come to your house. he has never applied for an PR. Must he have RC himself in order for me to have RC granted by HO? We have all of his payslips since he came to England, and his employer is willing to write a cover letter if necessary.
