Question on Leave of Absence Criteria for ILR

Hi, I was wondering whether you could help me. I have read through the various threads here and I think I meet the leave of absence requirement for ILR, but I need to be quite sure about it. The problem is my T1 general visa expires in 3rd May 2015 and the last day of renewal is the 5th April 2015. ...

Hi,

It is in my earlier message. Basically, I got it within 2 days after my interview and not by normal post as I had to show proof of identification and sign for it when they came to my place.

Thanks.

Just received my biometric card today. This is 2 days after my interview at Croydon, which is great!

On my biometric card, the extension date is based on when my original T1 would expire and not based on my appointment date.

Thanks.

Please see my answer to your questions below. 1. Have you covered these monthly breakup in your covering letter? - There was no cover letter. I am afraid you got me there. I did not ask as I was only happy to get it approved. When I do get my BRP, I will post it here. Thanks.

Question on New Changes on the T1 Application after 6th Apri

Dear All, I am going for my PEO interview in a few days time and will be submitting the older T1 application form since it is allowed until the 27th April and due to the fact that the UKBA website has the incorrect form published under Tier 1. My concern is the changes that have been made to this ne...

Hi Ash, Thanks for your reply. I understand your first 2 answers. But, can you clarify a bit on the 3rd point? If the last 2 addresses just got me less than 2.5 years, then that is ok? Also, if my second address happens to be in a German hotel for 2 months, I just need to put this down and move on t...
