Issue with missing holiday confirmation for ILR

Hi, In have my ILR premium service appointment in 3 days. Re: ILR : knowledge of English requirement / NARIC

Thanks Sunny for the response. However, what does the paragraph I highlighted in pg 34/48 in the guidance doc (link in the first message) mean ? I want to apply for the ILR as soon as I am eligible ie 1st week of January( about 6-7 weeks left). Do you reckon, taking the English test would be easier ...

Withdrawal of Tier 2 General sponsorship just before ILR application

Hi,

Situation : the employer withdraws Tier 2 General sponsorship just before (say a month) a person is eligible for ILR application and the curtailment letter has not yet been received as on the day of the ILR application.

Will the ILR application be valid ?

Thanks,

The Entry Clearance Officer offered me his 'apology' for the processing delays but said the only alternative is to reapply with a new COS as now they cannot process the expired COS. As an applicant I should not be concerned with delays at their end as long as my application is valid with a valid COS...
