How long would the reconsideration or appeal take. Already a breach of eu law haa been breached by the home office delaying and stretching time when people's lives re shattered

So some people applied in may n june and have received their rc bt those who applied feb n March are still waiting for theirs. This is actually a piss take. Ain't these case workers suppose to sort out the ones were sent early
