Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur query and submitted reply, still wai

if u have received a query from UKBA and have submitting the documents and still waiting? please reply. Are you asking what to do if your application is in a waiting process? Frankly speaking, live your normal life and wait for the decision. 'Sponsor' cases take generally longer than 'Venture Capit...

I do not think it should be a problem. Some people do have only one bank account.

The only problem UKBA have is that you must not show that you have used £900 from £50,000 of funds.

Anyways, It's always advisable to keep your sponsor and maintenance funds separate!

In Entrepreneur Visa, WORK IS NOT ALLOWED.

Now, contract (fixed period) is allowed between your company and some other company, but it would not be a permanent job.

Therefore, do not confuse work with this!

You can ask which category you want to switch to. Some switches are allowed. Some aren't

You are welcome Kevin24.

Many who posted reply thought that if it's free... it has to be shady.

One thing I must say is that, more than 70% wouldn't even qualify for Grant because many wouldn't know about each individual requirement

Anyways, I do my research well and help others out!

As long as you are a UK or EU citizen or ILR holder and are living in this country for more than 3 years. That's the whole point of HND programme... some people ju...

That is correct. UKBA just want proof of transfer of funds and its investment being made. 2 full-time Jobs for UK or ILR citizens.

Profit and Loss is your headache. UKBA do not bother about it.

Hi la, Sonia here. The best option for you is to go through Immigration Rules Clause 320-7 (Link : http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/policyandlaw/immigrationlaw/immigrationrules/part9/) Pay special attention to sub-clause 7B Here's a flowchart for you : http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/...

That's good. Don't worry, your application process will be smooth (by the grace of God) You had money in your own account, so no issues as no third-party is involved.

By the way, not many people have access to funds which is why they turn to agents (who charge interest rates on monthly basis)

Don't challenge the judgement; you are unlikely to succeed. Instead, you should reapply and provide the third party documents to fulfill the criteria set by the UKBA.
