Hi Amber, I am on Tier 2 (ICT). I got english qualification points for my university in PBS system in both my applications, initial Tier 2 and then the extension application. Do i still have to give ESOL test? Or is it fine that my non-uk university is listed in PBS system and that will take care of...

how many days old employer letter can be used for ilr?

Hi,

Can an employer letter obtained 1 or 2 months before ilr date be used for application? What is the maximum number of days beyond which it shouldn't be used?

If my ilr is due in dec, if i get the letter in oct, will it be fine?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks wpilr_nov12. The employer is reluctant in giving this letter as this would set wrong example for other employees. Also, Can you please answer the other 2 questions: 2. If I try to get another sponsor and switch to Tier 2 (general), would I still be eligilble for ILR? Also, in this case would ...

Hi everyone, I am currently on Tier2 (ICT), from 2009. I would be eligible for ILR in dec this year. I am sure that my sponsor (indian company) would not support for my ILR as then I would have an option to change the company/job. I need advise on few things: 1. Congrats Deepa!! Did you submit the letter from employer? I am on Tier 2 (ICT) and would need to submit the letter as a requirement. I might not be able to get the letter from my sponsor because it wouldn't be in favour of my sponsor if I get ILR. I need to know if there is any alternative to this l...
