Hi there,
My wife's degree is from Malaysia too and have a letter to confirm medium of instruc. is in English. Her degree is awarded points but not for English skills though in PBS. Do you think she should get a NARIC letter or take an English test?

Do you mean I do not need to apply any visa for my baby now till we are granted ILR at the end of year, if we do not intend to travel out of UK?

Newborn Baby in UK

Hello there, my tier 1 (general) extension is going to expire end of this year (2013). I just have my baby born in UK on Oct last year (2012). Currently, I am working in UK and my baby is staying with me too.

Someone said that you can apply for ILR without including newborn baby. Is it true?
