We decided to send the additional documents to show that I am still working and that I have passed my probationa...

Ways to contact the case worker

Hi all, Has anyone got any ideas (or successful examples) on contacting the case worker directly? We’ve sent our EEA1 and EEA2 applications 3,5 months ago (married, EEA national working full time). We had to call twice about the CoA which eventually arrived after 6 weeks. Two weeks ago we sent some ...

We've recently applied for both EEA1 and EEA2. Our timeline so far: 05/10/2013 (Saturday) - applications sent to UKBA 08/10/2013...

We will go ahead with it now just because the tickets are already bought and most of the documents ready...My worry was that even if we get into UK fine, we might have difficulties when trying to prove to the employers what that Code 1A means and that my husband has the right to work. I found differ...

Hi all! Me and my husband are planning to apply for EEA FM early this year in Spain. Does anyone know whether Madrid visa selection will actually be closed and what to do in this case? Thanks!
