my application is complicated due to many documents, they would mixed them up completely and the order is very important to make HO understand my case

there are big delays due to big amount of applications to avoid new rules, as you see normally to get fee off your account was 3-5 days, now it's more then two weeks, I sent it three weeks ago and no fees taken

Can I travel abroad using my EU ID while my Citizenship application with passport is HO in the process (I sent it last week, so I assume with current delays I will not get any clear info about being accepted till January)
