It is best if you ask the question to us, as the UK Border Agency is not helpful at all and they also usually provide wrong information.

They are very bad with phone calls and inaccurate with their answers.

Biometric Enrollment Time

The Biometric Enrollment Letter should arrive on average 3 - 4 weeks. If you have now received the biometric letter for 3 months, you should chase up the UK Border Agency.
