Yes I am on 5 year tier1 general. My dependent vis expire in march 2016.she is in uk since April 2012. My concern is if I apply in person and they keeps my case on hold.so what you I do then . Because I want to apply for my dependent with normal fee.

the case workers knows about it as he himself getting 10000 thousand allowance from his salary. go to hrmc web site you will the details about it.

Homoffice will award you points on 50000 thousands. The allowance isn't just for selfemloyed ,employed people are also included in it.

dependent ILR

Hi
I m on tier 1 general. And my wife spent three years and 10 months with me as dependent .
but my wife went twice abroad and both time she spent 5 months each time so total 10 months .
my wife got dependent visa before july 2012.
is she illegible for ILR or not Thanks in advance

May be Employer closed the business and did not remit your NI,Tax deductions to HMRC.You cannot be blamed for that. So only proof is the Pay slips and Bank Statements. if your a director and taking just dividend then you need to transfer it your personal account every month. or once in a year ,twice etc. but dividend must be in your personal account. your case worker is right.
i don't know how you will prove it senior may answer.
