i dont think there will be a change on the FLR forms, at least not this november otherwise they would have said so by now. but i could be wrong, just keep checking the websites for any updates

what do you mean he is on asylum status, do you mean has he applied for asylum or that it has already been granted. if it has been granted then i think he might not need to apply for spouse visa as he would have already been granted ILR, if not i am not sure how it will affect his application

i think you will need to apply for her visa at the Irish Embassy in your home country, if you there is no embassy in your country you can apply for her visa at the visa office (Burgh Quay) in dublin. when she comes here then she will have to register with the Garda in the same way as you did

if you applying for the under 28 HSMP you will need to submit something to show that you are under 28. if not there i dont think there is need to submit birth certificate or passport copy. but whatever you do, dont submit you actual passport cause it will be as long as six months b4 you see it again
