Re: 20th March UKBA strike

I haven't

Why would they now have the courtesy to call everyone letting know that they're going on strike? That's an outstanding service, I'd say. Not typical of them

I can't agree more... My father-in-law had a minor stroke two weeks ago and had to be admitted to the hospital immediately. Thank God it was only a minor attack and he can leave the hospital after three days. But all the while, we're all worrying over here about his situation. If the situation had b...

I agree with your views. Some countries don't allow dual nationality and don't allow foreigner to buy land/property, whereas some people might already have property or planning to retire in their original country. Sometimes it's difficult to regain their first nationality back once they revoke it. S...

for them, these are only numbers which they "promise" to achieve

if they fail, what can we do? I don't think it's in the best interest and priority of the government to deal with this issue

we just have to live with it

How on earth UKBA going increase visa fees with this kind of service, this is disgusting and unprofessional. I am guessing it's not to increase the caseworker's salary or recruit more of them (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/aboutus/workingforus/currentvacancies/) I sympathise with them who are o...
