Re: Withdrawal of application

Zimba
Thank you for your reply.
I will consult an immigration adviser next week regarding withdrawals.
I have finally received my biometric invitation today, surprisingly they sent it first class (always thought they send them second class), so I have to decide asap.

Thank you for your reply.

But what if the business is making revenue but not profit? Money is coming in, so can you not pay yourself?

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa(200K) Extension Refusal Appeal

You should be mentioned as the owner of shares in the accounts. If you are, then the value can be shown in the share certificates and register of members.
If your name is not mentioned anywhere as the owner of shares, them share certificates and register of members cannot be used.

Re: Tier 1 ( entreprenur ) extension application refused

Zimba, if the daughter is UK born and lived here for 7 years non-stop, the thread maker will be able to apply for leave on that basis I think. This is because of special consideration given to anyone born and bred here.

Share certificate? But share certificate is not even needed according to the immigration rules. If shares are not shown in accounts then it is the register of members that is required according to guidance also.

I mean, I know that your abbreviated accounts do not show the value of the shares, but what about your unaudited accounts? Do they show the full value?

Why do some people on here believe they are entitled to get documents for free? And then being high and mighty and angry about not receiving freebies. Just because someone is providing advice doesn't mean they should hand over everything to you. You would probably not share virtually your entire app...

Re: NHS Health Surcharge

Wish there was an option to opt out. I have health insurance from my home country which covers my healthcare costs here, so I don't even use the NHS.
Maybe I should cancel the insurance and start using NHS then.

Director's loan- signing on behalf of company

As the director of the company, did you sign the loan contract on behalf of yourself as well as the company?
Did you get a witness to sign it also?

Thank you

The visa is also for individuals who are self-employed, not just for company directors. Recruitment agencies do often provide services for self-employed individuals.

Thanks. The reason that I was unsure was because the next question on the form is about the SOC code, hence I thought that the Job Title would relate to the work that the applicant is doing for the company, e.g. software developer, etc.

In the application form, should the job title of the applicant be Director, if he has set up a company?
