There seems to be nothing wrong with the details, except maybe they didn't accept the SSP? You could argue against that though as this person was still your employee during this period.

I have read of other cases where the SAR came back with no entry/exit data, or in some cases only with the entry clearance data.
So it's not unusual that they didn't have your records on file.

Actually, I provided two card details (one as back up) and they didn't try either.

Thanks Sm12, Yes i did and apologetic about my issue but it's not in her hand, so she advice me to write case worker. But after calling i felt bad they don't even ask the case ID to locate my case id or even i request them to have case ID,but their answer is we won't need it just tell us the issue....

I have a similar problem but the bank said no attempt was made to take payment.
