Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension refused due to not sufficient evidence for 2 job creation. HELP

The refusal letter has stated the reasons inside the Box of Creation of jobs in the UK. I typed all the words inside the Box except he cited also the exact wording of Paragraphs 49 and 50 of Appendix A of the Immigration Rules. CW hasn't said why he didn't accept JOB 1 and JOB 2. For JOB 2, I found...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension refused due to not sufficient evidence for 2 job creation. HELP

There was a member here who was turned down due to SMP, but got it overturned in AR. https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-1-entrepreneur-ilr-t228792-60.html?hilit=Smp%20entrepreneur#p1630028 Not sure if your case is related to SSP at all, but just in case it is, you can ...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension refused due to not sufficient evidence for 2 job creation. HELP

There seems to be nothing wrong with the details, except maybe they didn't accept the SSP? You could argue against that though as this person was still your employee during this period.
Was anything else mentioned on the letter or was it only what you wrote in your first post?

That's extremely harsh, especially if they saw your documents which cover the full period.
Did you submit any cover letter explaining the breakdown of the hours?

Re: Evidence of absences from the UK- Passport data and SAR?

I just read the guidance on the calculation again, but it does not indicate exactly what record is used for verification. All you need is the letter of absence from your employer confirming all your absences if you are on Tier 2. You can also add a cover letter for personal explanation in some inst...

Evidence of absences from the UK- Passport data and SAR?

How does HO calculate absences from the UK? Is just the passport enough in terms of the dates, with the entry dates in other countries used to approximate exit dates from the UK? Just wondering because in my SAR (and seemingly others on here), there isn't any data other than that about entry clearan...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Set(O) ILR Checklist

They received my application on the 14th and no news or payment. Would it be worthwhile also completing the online form and then paying online, followed by posting the printout with a cover letter explaining they have the documents and I've applied, but since they've not debited my account, I paid ...

Re: No Entry and Exit record Subject access report

I have read of other cases where the SAR came back with no entry/exit data, or in some cases only with the entry clearance data.
So it's not unusual that they didn't have your records on file.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Set(O) ILR Checklist

Best would be to wait. If they have a problem with payment, they usually write to you and ask for alternative. You might have complicated things by provided 2 card numbers, which was not necessary. Have you contacted you bank to check if any payment attempt has been made? It is often banks fraud de...

It can take a couple/few weeks. Be patient and wait. No point applying 'online and paying' and then they debit your account anyway. You have applied, just wait. Hi CR001 Thank you for your message. I'm worried that they'll reject my application as invalid and it'll be impossible to apply again as m...
