Re: Almost two months of processing: Likely rejection?

Do they still use special delivery envelope in case of refusal to send the notice? Or is that not used until the documents are returned after admin review?

Almost two months of processing: Likely rejection?

Is a wait of almost two months most likely a rejection? I've seen on this forum that mostly approvals come through pretty quickly but rejection taking a much longer time.

Re: Extension Refused - Document Lost at HO !!??

The case was for tier one general and was a while ago. I'm not taking about this site.
If you think it's "wrong info" then feel free to ignore me. I was simply saying that I have heard of a case where this kind of problem arose. It doesn't matter whether you believe it or not.

Re: Extension Refused - Document Lost at HO !!??

I have heard of a similar case but that was when appeals were allowed. You should go for AR referring to the form where you clearly pointed out what documents were included.

Re: Extension Refused - Document Lost at HO !!??

When did your visa expire and when did you apply? Did you mention anywhere on your form that you were sending the passport copies? If yes, they could have contacted you to ask for it if it was the only issue. I think you should apply for AR clearly indicating you did send passport copy and say that ...

Re: Refusal -- Entrepreneur Extension. Advice?

Just checked both the rules and the guidance. Only the business bank statement is required to show business received money through readily identifiable transactions. How would transactions be readily identifiable? Obviously, since only business bank statements are mentioned, the statements should ha...

Re: Refusal -- Entrepreneur Extension. Advice?

Ishfaq, No, the guidance clearly mentions ONLY business statements. They have not asked for personal statements. It says that your business statements should show you transferred money to the business account. This suggests your name is needed. And recently, someone I know got an extension only on t...

Re: Refusal -- Entrepreneur Extension. Advice?

The immigration rules clearly state that business bank statement has to provided with readily identifiable transactions. It can be easily implied from this statement that they are looking for names in the business statement transactions. I guess if the name is not visible, then sending personal stat...

Re: Evidence Flexibility more flexible than 245AA

How likely is this decision to affect the actual processing of current cases? My application is currently being processed and I have seen that many people were rejected on similar grounds (missing or incomplete documents) by HO.

Re: Anyone extension on Feb or March? Processong time.

Hi Zimba

You submitted only one sheet of the business bank statement to show funds transfer right?
Just wondering because guidance says to send business bank statements with readily identifiable transactions, but have seen other posts insisting personal statements are a must.

Re: Refusal -- Entrepreneur Extension. Advice?

Hi Niomi I know that new evidence isn't allowed but can you send a cover letter with AR? As long as you can communicate that your parents are the third party from your initial application, you would have some chance I think. Also, you get 28 days to reapply so go for AR first. I don't think you have...
