Tier 1 - FLR Extension Form(s)

HI guys,

Just wondering if you could point me towards the FRL Tier 1 extension form(s) and guideline notes.

I'm planning to apply much earlier that the one month before expiry due to investing into UK property - I hope they don't mind!!

Cheers

How long spent outside the UK on HSMP?

Hi all,

I have just received my passport back with my one year residence permit! YAY!

Question: Assuming I get the 3 year extension next year, how long can I spend outside the UK travelling over the next four years before I apply for ILR.

Thanks to you all for all your help!

Post your application to Doncaster. The fee will be processed here and then they will pass your application onto Sheffield for a caseworker to approve your application. Best of luck.
