Frankly it would be absurd for your family to receive PR on the basis of self-sufficiency if your husband is dependent on the state out of sheer laziness. Stories like this make me extremely upset. its so stressful having to depend on yr partner for status, i have to work hours that suit him otherwise he'll threaten not to babysit or "his benefit money will be cut" lol want to know if there are any non-EU spouses who are in similar situations

EU partner doesnt like working

Thks for the quick reply does it matter if i'm working only 30hrs a week? i cannot handle a 40-hr a week shift at the moment, (kids are bit young) ive re-applied for a new residence card but its stressing me worrying about him leaving the job, will do just that anyway, many thanks.

thanks will do exactly that, hope this one goes thru, its just not funny being out of work.

EEA2 application without passport

Does anyone know how to submit an application without a passport after the home office retains it following refusal of previous application? (EEA4 was refused now re-applying for EEA2) without using a solicitor their fees are unbelievable. Many thanks
