EEA PR - extended family member 18yrs old need help!

Hi everyone, My daughter just turned 18yrs old and our RC is due to expire in Dec 2018. She is planning to work instead of going to Uni. Re: EEA PR - when to apply? (extended family member)

You are genus! I haven't thought of the option iii. But it could be the way to cover the gap. I will talk to my HR and see what they say. Many thanks.

EEA PR - when to apply? (extended family member)

Hi everyone, My daughter (18yrs) and I (non EEA) hold RC from 19 Dec 2013 to 19 Dec 2018. My partner is EEA national, we have a 4yrs son born in UK who holds EEA passport as his father (we never married). My partner is the sponsor and he has been exercising treaty right as a self sufficient person a...

Got RC for a complex unmarried EEA2 - DONT GIVE UP!

I've been researching thoroughly this site to look for a similar case as mine but did not find any. However infor from here has helped me a lot to prepare my application. A solicitor I spoke to did not think I can get RC so I did it by myself, saving ££££ and I got it yesterday. My case is near impo...

my timeline

While many people here got their results in just 2-3 months, mine is almost exact 6 months EEA2 sent 15 June 2013 COA received July 2013 RC received 19 Dec 2013 So I reckon it is really depending on your case, if it is a straightforward case it might be fast. My case is rather complex but I am happy...

I guess you can ask them to explain why the COA denied your right to work and ask them to give you the correct one if it is their mistake. If it is not a mistake, it might be because there is not enough evidence of EEA exercising treaty right so they need to verify the document before confirming you...

If your FP allows you to work, then you have the right to work until you are instructed otherwise When you apply for RC, they issue you a COA and it will tell whether you are allowed to work while waiting for the result. This is the tricky part. Some people say your rights under previous visa/leave ...

So, what can we do? Let's say he'll return next month and start exercise his treaty right in the UK as a self-sufficent person. Does he need to apply for it, or confirm his right in anyway? Can we apply at that time together with him then? Can the last 3 years count as 'living together' and in a dur...

The first 4 years we were living outside UK, not officially due to legal issue that we were not married but can be proven by emails, pictures. The last 3 years...
