You should fill the same application as your first child's, but you provide previous child claim details in the middle of your application and send along with Birth document of your new born.

ILR and PBS Dependent application both can be sent together. Process: First you need to mention in covering letter clearly about two applications. You send the post to ILR processing address first and in turn they will send to Tier1 PBS dependent processing team. I think this way takes longer timer ...

Fund Maintenance can be from any bank account and even from multiple accounts as long as clear 90 days maintained. Also, it can be from your wife's account as well.

If you are applying by post, you need to mention clearly in covering letter.

One of my friend have gone through this when he had Set(M) they didn't accept at Solihul and they gave him PBS Extension Form for his wife following his ILR.
