As far as Im aware, no employment checks were made. But i work for a large nhs organisation so maybe they were satisfied with payslips p60 and employer letter alone.
I wasnt expecting a redponse until anothet 2-3 weeks. Just under 9 weeks in total

this is all so scary. They seem to be rejecting people for no good reason. The thing is, they would have known u are a payslip short straight away... why does it take them 3 months to reject when they can do that in 2 weeks? That gives u a chance to reapply quickly rather than sitting in hope Ridicu...

I saw that too, only 56, compared to 1461 in Dec 12 !!
Cant understand how this is possible.
And how did anyone get a decision within 10 days, when it takes around 14 to go under process. Its all rubbish i think

Hi I'm new on this forum and have just submitted my wife's spouse visa last week. It just says 'forwarded to islamabad oc' on the tracking system. How long is it before they start looking at my file, and what is the average waiting time? I saw on the UKBA website it says 1% of applications processed...
