Hi, I just came to know about this cooling off period.I have returned back from UK (Tier 2 ICT) on 1st of September,2012.My Visa was valid upto 5th jan, 2013.So, as per Cooling off period for Tier 2, if i have to re-apply for Tier 2 general VISA, then i have to wait until Sep,2013 or else Jan,2014? ...

My Tier 2 ICT Visa Application got rejected, because of the no.of payslips submitted are for the last 11 months only , not for 12 months.

Now if i have to re-apply, do i need to get a new COS ?

Hi, I am planning to apply for Tier 2 general Visa from outside UK. I have a query regarding maintenance funds.If in case the Sponsor has not mentioned about Maintenance Funds, then it is mentioned in UKBA website that you should have 900 GBP ( or Equivalent) in our bank account.
