Re: Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Partner TO Tier 2 General

Hello Manci,

Regarding running RLMT, HR had checked this a solicitor and did not get a definitive answer on this.
Could you please clarify, if that still holds valid.

Many Thanks

Re: Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Partner TO Tier 2 General

@ishika RLMT was started, but i believe has to been either redone or dates extended. Reason being the job posting done in job job center plus did not get published in time. I think job center plus posting is a mandatory element for RLMT, even though its posted in other job portals. @manci, i have a ...

Re: Tier 2 General visa sponsorship

Hello Alexis, The other option would be to secure a permanent job with a company that has sponsorship license. This might be a bit time consuming, to get the company which is willing to sponsor. However, if you manage to get through, its all safe-safe. The list of companies that has the rights to sp...

Re: Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Partner TO Tier 2 General

For a company, which already has the Sponsorship license, they know the process and procedures. They wouldn't treat it as a trouble :-) It is for companies, who are totally new to this, they think of it as a headache. If they are happy with your skills / performance, if they think you are the right ...

If you have a job offer in hand, from a company that does not have sponsorship at present, but willing to go through the sponsorship process, then my case is mo...

As a PBS dependant you can work without restrictions (unless you are a doctor or dentist in training). If you want to change your immigration category to T2G you will need a restricted CoS and the sponsor will have to do a RLMT unless the job is on the shortage occupation list or your pay is going ...
