1. Yes. They have to do RLMT and comply with all the procedures.

2. Your new employer applies for Unrestricted COS as you are already in UK. Unrestricted COS does not have a monthly allocation Quota.

Yes, Transcript is the same as Consolidated mark list for NARIC purposes.

Can a Tier 2 Gen Holder go on a work assignment to Isle of Man for 3 days to a week ?
It will be a single visit and will not need further subsequent visits.

I don't think 15 hour free child care for 3 year falls under the public fund criteria. My understanding is that, 15 hour child care falls under the early education criteria.
