the easiest way to do it is to add one to the year and take it to the last day. 05/04/2012 - 04/04/2013 is 12 calendar months 05/03/2012 - 04/03/2013 is 12 calendar months 01/01/2012 - 31/12/2012 is 12 calendar months 25/05/2012 - 24/05/2013 is 12 calendar months and so on... Can I use 05/03/2012 to 04/03/2013 as my 12 months earnings period ? This doubt just popped in mind after reading some posts. Please reply as my PEO is on next Monday

You should not get your accountant stamp/signature on this because its your ltd company, your accountant has nothing to do with this resolution/board meeting. You could call HMRC & ask for a employment history, which shows all earning you received as PAYE. I requested one last week and it came in weeks time.
