No, you misunderstood my meaning. Everyone who is born in the UK has their birth recorded and issued with a Birth Cert, but that does not mean they are British. New Child Born after ILR application

I applied for ILR on 26th October 2012 and my ILR granted on 3rd April 2013. 5 years on work permit was completed on 30th October. While waited for ILR, my second child born on 18th February 2013. Please advise me which passport I should apply for child and documents required with application.

BRP yet to come through post.. will update later.
In my case I took my business bank statements, but CW did not ask for it. Also my passport was returned after checking. Strange.

Which PEO did you attend ? Did they ask any questions ? wht docs did u submit ? Pls share your immigration history also. May be case worker wanted to cross check something as your employed+company director. Some times Junior CW may not understand all this , so it may be reffered to senior case work...
