Re: re-entry visa ireland

As a spouse of Irish citizen you are holding "Stamp 4" and you will need a re-entry visa . So make sure you get your re-entry visa before leaving Ireland. Traveling to the UK you will need UK visa . For more information have a look on the British Embassy UK website: https://www.gov.uk/gove...

Re: Irish paspot for non Irish parents

I agree with chaoclive,

If you live in the Republic of Ireland for 5 years you would be able apply for an Irish passport in your own right and you have to prove your residence in the form of utility bills, P60's, bank statements etc.

Spouse of Irish citizens will get visa for the first year for 1 year, than for the second year for 1 years and the third year you will get a visa for 3 years.

At the completion of your three years, you would be able to apply for your Irish citizenship.

Re: citizenship or permanent residency

That's a tricky story, Yes you can apply for permanent residency but DOJ will rip you apart by asking you proof of addresses, why she is not living with you any more, Why did you not informed DOJ about your change of circumstances, and most important about your criminal conviction. Re: cash in hand residence ok for eu1 form?

To get a PPS number, you need a proof of address, your landlord can write you a letter confirming your residence and I hope she would be able to get her PPS number.
