Re: Waiting time for GNIB card (outside Dublin)?

You will have to go back to the local immigration office (where you re-newed ur visa) to pick it up. Usually it takes between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. The immigration officer some times call you to pick it up and if he/she hasn't than visit the office and ask for ur card.

Re: parents visit visa

You cannot bring ur parents passports with you and apply for their visa here. Please see the INIS notification below:

http://inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Visa%2 ... 20Pakistan

If its a visit visa it will take about 2 months processing time. Any question let me know.

Re: Stamp4-EUFAM and re-entry visa

@ Manish

You do not need re-entry visa and most of the major airlines know about this rule that no re-entry is required on 4EUFam. Make sure you keep ur marriage certificate and approval letter of your 4EUFam, passport copy of your wife, every where u travel.

You should check ur letter of approval which you got from DOJ, Does it say that you have to contact DOJ, 2 weeks in advance of the expiry of your current permission ? or does it say that you don't have to contact this office for further extension and you can go to your local immigration office for f...

Re: re entry visa

It's NOT true. See the below update on INIS website: Important Update for Re-entry visa applicants at Burgh Quay 7th January, 2015 It must be stressed that there is absolutely no need for anyone to queue outside the offices of the immigration services for re-entry visas. In addition, the Immigration...

post them separately, they r separate applications, also make sure u attach every supporting docs with each application separately, u cannot send one set of docs with both application. so treat each application as a complete separate case.

Re: EU court tells Britain to remove visa rule for non-EU ci

To be honest it's really a great news for the couples who want to visit Britain. I am sure with the fact that Theresa May will not like this idea. She always go very tough on non EU citizens. But thanks to the EU court for making this easy. I also agree that UK is not going to accept this ruling tha...
