If you have a valid UK visa for over 90 days (3 months), you can apply from UK otherwise you will need to go back to India.

What is the nature of the job ? Is it IT related ? If yes what is the title of your job ? The job title should reside within the short skill list.

Plus there should be 2 years full time contract and your salary should be 27K atleast.

Thanks bluemoon2, I always try to help people here because i remember my time when i was looking for help and was paying 100 Euros to useless solicitors for 30 mins consultation. Now i think i have better understanding of the immigration system and trying my best to point people the right direction...

Spouse and kids of Irish citizens are exempt from paying the visa fees. Exempt from paying the GNIB card fee and re-entry visa fees. You better to consult Irish consulate Karachi for a full list of requirements and required docs. During the process of the visa if there is any question do let me know...

Most important thing, you need proof of address in the form of utility bill / bank statement and if you don't have any than a letter from your landlord confirming you are residing at xxx address.
