Re: How soon to register for the GNIB card?

It doesn't make any sense, you can go to your local Garda station for registration, and might be they would be looking for a proof of address, i.e. a land lord letter etc

P.S: What visa you currently hold i.e. study / work ?

@ londonirish79
Thanks for ur help, however ur statement is confusing me, On one hand you are saying that 75K should be earned in three years and than on the other hand you are saying 75K should be earned per year.

Could you please clarify ?

Thanks in advance...

Re: Parents - Dependent Visa from Pakistan

@ londonirish79

Thanks for your reply. Yes my net income is well over 75K in the past three years, which i can prove in the form of P60's / P21's and payslips. Is there any requirement that the parents should be over a certain age ? My parents are 60 and 62 years of age.

Re: reentry visa Q

Queue is still mental, at 9:00am there was no ticket, people were queuing up from mid night. I wouldn't recommend to go for the re-entry these days. This is foreign students time. Try end of November/ start of December and things would be back to normal.

Re: Stamp 4 refused because of criminal record

Yes they will charge you between 500 to 1000. It's a lesson for all of us, the criminal record will never leave u alone. A friend of mine went to Australia (Irish citizen by birth) and on the Airport Australian Immigration found that he had an offense in 1999 and was jailed for 4 months in Dublin, h...

Every application should be sent separately and every application should have separate supporting docs + fees.

Every application would be dealt with it's own merit.

Re: Stamp 4 refused because of criminal record

If u have a clear record after that incident, u better to appeal the decision and most important thing to get a solicitor, u r in a mess and DOJ wouldn't even reply to ur emails or letters but when a solicitor write to them at least they will reply to them.

All the best and keep away from trouble.

Re: Non-EU citizen visa/EU1 residence card

Lee is right, as a US citizen, u r visa free to UK and Ireland and it doesn't make any difference if u enter Ireland via bus / train or by air. Just keep the proof of your entry into the state i.e. tickets etc. Once u r in Ireland you need to apply for residence card on form EU1, u can get more info...
