The passport office took 31 days to process our younger son's passport application who is born in Ireland and is eligible for citizenship by birth. So no point booking hols in April at least....

A friend of mine parents were in the same situation what i explained. They arrived in Ireland a week before the expiry of their visa and the immigration officer extended the visa for further 90 days.

Takes about 6 month easily if you are lucky. You might need to knock the door of Foreign office Dublin few times if you want to speed up the process.

I presume this is the problem that your wife is white British (with no Pakistani roots). If she has any Pakistani roots the whole delima wouldn't even raised. They also might think if you never been to UK and she is a Brit citizen, how you both met and how did the distance relationship survived.... ...

When I applied for my naturalization 2 years ago, I asked my manager and 2 of my company directors for reference. I got approval and it was acceptable. So find someone at work place if you can.

Please proceed with option "2". I am not sure if your local Immigration officer will extend your visa based on Zambrano over the desk, but you can try and see what happens. Alternatively he will ask u to apply in the department of Justice which can take between 3 to 9 months for approval. ...

As your 2 children's are Irish citizens, you better to apply for Zambrano application. Your spouse would have nothing to do with your visa after that. You would only need your children birth certs (your name as a mother should be on the cert) + Their Irish passports... Please see more details at: ht...

As far as I know if you are a non EU / Irish citizen you will not be admitted to the state school. Studying in the state school for a non EU / irish citizen means that u would be burden on the state. All foreign students have to pay huggggeeeeee school fee in private schools.
