I recently got married and applied Spouse Visa for my wife in Jalandhar India.

To my surprise visa was granted in 15 days. Seems like UKBA has improved their service level.

I will be applying ILR in July. I had given Life in UK test in Jan 2013 and passed. But in March a new test has been introduced based on new book. Do I need to take this new exam as well ?

I will be applying for ILR in july 2013. However I am getting married in May in India. Girl is in India. I am currently on Tier-1.

Question is : Will she get dependant Visa ? or Will UKBA authority create hassles?
