Had a letter from court today with new hearing date #begening of december 2015.

Tribunal call my solicitor on Thursday to ask for my barrister availability in November and December.
She said maybe my hearing will be listing before end of the year. Waiting now to get at least a date , finger cross.

If u are given right to appeal after fresh claim refusal, that mean your fresh claim was taken into account by home office.
