Re: Uk - Wife (family) settlement Visa refusal

See my comments above. Providing a letter of employment or contract letter from your employer will not count as new evidence, as it was left out when you are submitting the application. Can you make sure that the wordings of the letter from the employer stipulates all what is required. Good luck

Re: Overseas spouse was "rejected" referencing by letting ag

Like Rayking said, your wife has no business to be a party for you to rent a flat in U.K as she is not with you yet and her name is not required to be on rent agreement to be submitted when applying for spouse visa. The agent you paid 400 pounds for seems to be a scammer, he/she should refund your m...

Re: Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Issued after Naturalisation

I will advise you to state your traffic offence that gave you FPN so that Guru's can advice you accordingly. But reading from this posting, it seems the PFN was issued by Police since it attracts a fine and 3 points on your licence. If this is the case, I think you need to declare it as soon as poss...

Re: EU CITIZEN APPLYING FOR BRITISH CITIZENSHIP BUT CONFUSED

To be on a safer side, I will advise to to apply for PR first. Some people that applied without PR have their applications delayed for months. Since you are from EU country, you will be requested to provide evidence of exercising treaty in U.K for 5 years, this evidence will make HO to believe that ...

Re: pls help

You must provide evidence that you live together for a year, then provide evidence that the marriage last for three years. Your spouse must exerci...

Re: Visa refused appeal or reapply?

If you decide to re-apply, you will submit all the documents as if that is the first time you're applying. You also need to provide 2013-14 P60, with 6 months payslips and bank statements showing that your salary is paid into the bank statement you're submitting, letter of employment from you employ...

You can only register your child abroad, if you are British Citizen. It is not possible with your ILR, it is possible if the child is born in UK, Gurus may correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: How NCS works question

Very simple, follow the guidance notes on how to complete the application form and send the necessary documents with it, you should be fine, using NCS don't maximise chances of getting naturalisation application approved.
