Can you please tell me can i delay my wife flr m for 6 months as i got my ilr on 7 th april . She still got her tier 1 spouse visa till jan 2016. Please advise as i am in confusion what to do .

Rang home office just now been told package is been dispatched yesterday afternoon. Feeling nervous now .applied 13 jan 2014 Package dispatched at around 1400 hours 8 april . Hopefully recieve it tommorow inshaAllah . Phoned dx they have a parcel sent out to me for delivery today before 5 :)

You meant by fpns (Fixed penalty points), You don't have to disclose on SET(LR) form, Is this the same in case of FLR(M) form??? You dont have to disclose fpns . My wifes done gese grade 5 level b1 from trinity college which is approved for SET M.
Can We use the same English qualifications for the spouse visa flr m .
As i was reading the post some one got refused because of English qualifications .

Hello guys
I have a question my wife got tier 1 dependant visa till 2016 .once i get my ilr do i have to change her visa straight away or i can wait 6 months and then apply . Is her visa stays valid or not ?

This means we have to show the threshold of 18600 and again wait 5 years for our partners for ilr ?

Application sent 4/03/14 Payment taken. 6/03/14 I have not received an acknowledgement letter yet.... :| :| Was I supposed to enclose self addressed envelopes? I only sent one special delivery one for return of my documents.... How long does it take? Getting anxious. Its hardly a week payment taken...
