Applied for passport on the 27th around 3pm 4 working days later had new passport with me got to say they were very efficient. :D make sure to provide all documents and it seems to be very quick! Post back when you get a response from INIS. Recieved the new letter with the information that uk border agency claimed that i applied for visa in 2011 from dubai which had been declined.
