Hi I had a 5 year EC based on a WP; issued and used from 2002 and my passport was stamped every single time I arrived in the UK (40+ times). It could be that the immigration officer forgot to stamp it, ink was dry or someone made a mistake and you went to the domestic terminal without checks. It hap...

My understanding is the multiple entry WP doesn't count for ILR. I understand that it is intended for exporadic visit to the UK and not settlement, hence, time spend under ME WP doesn't count towards ILR.

You have 28 days from the moment the work permit is cancelled; in those 28 days you need to get a new FLR (other leave to remain, tier 1 or tier 2-3). If you fail to get the new FLR you will be overstaying, this will cause you significant problems in the future. It may prove easier to return to your...

Immigration controls are being tightened, and that may be the reason why company ...

You must consider the risk; if for some strange reason the ILR application is refused, maybe the desicion is delayed and you receive a negative response in 4-6 months time...then you would be exposed to problems with the ILR in the future. One scenario could be the HO decides that you need two - six...

As I understand, you will get ILR and your dependants would also get ILR as dependants (even if they arrived after you). After this, each one would be independent (they hold ILR by themselves) and can apply for BC when they want after 12 months.

you can apply online; UK companies tend to accept:

MASTERCARD

and if your local card has one of those logos, then it may be accepted by the UK vendors; they would charge you in pounds and your bank would do the exchange.
