As far as i know, EU workpermit does not exist, each country asigns a work permit, the same with UK, in any case your UK work permite does not allow you to work in the whole european union and a particular WP from an EU country does not allow you to work in the UK. THe work you came across might req...

They will expect to see evidence that you are economically active and you haven't had access to public funds to maintain you. I don't hink you will have a problem.

Remember to check if your employer is deducting taxes from the first payments, you are allowed to get something like £ 7,000 a year without taxes, the year starts in april, so, your first salaries might be free of tax....just talk to the accounts people so they know....

Is it ok to get the job offer from current employer?

Can I present a "Job Offer" from my current employer????
I know that HO would think it is better to continue with the WP but I prefer the flexibility of the HSMP, would it be accepted?
Thanks

I don't think your current employer would know about the transfer. The WP application is between the new employer and the HO, they should not contact your current employer. Your existing WP is valid until : a- expires b- your LR expires c- Your contract with the employer ends. If you go abroad eithe...

I don't think there is a problem with either. You can get your WP and work in the UK until the HSMP is approved and you decide what to do. You can enter the country with any "entry clearance" regardless of the applications. You might need to disclose that information when requesting the en...

Check the search option and read about the employment law. - You need to take a salary and pay PAYE so your income is considered, if you leave all the money and you don;t take a salary, the HO may not accept the income (again, this is from a previous post). - Read about I35 and the legal effect of t...

do you mean 6 months before aplying? of 6 months after?
A company can ask for a work permit for a person that has never worked for the company and the person can work there for a few weeks and then resign.
Are you asking about intra company transfer?

IMHO, you should not overstay, if you break the inmigration laws you are risking your new visa.
Try to extend your student visa, I understand (i know people) you can stay up to 4 years in the uk with a student visa, extend it (english, IT trainning, etc) and then wait for the hsmp desicion.
