in that case i would think you could still send each application form with its own print out with completed name,Dob... but only the first print out will have the cardholders details and the joint fees (as if you complete that area in both they might deduct the fees twice) and stated on the second ...

i attached each application form to its own print out with a paper clip and money was deducted correctly from UKBA. The name ,Dob,country of birth was the same as on the application form but obviously the details of cardholder/cheque will be only yours if you are the one paying. Wish you all the best

i received the acknowlegment letter before the money was cleared from my account.the letter stated that the cheque was received and fees paid in full but it took around a week(from the date on the letter) before i was able to see it on my account. hope knowing this eased your mind a little... wish ...

been waiting for around 8-10 weeks for application acknowlegment letter! i sent UKBA 2 letters regarding the letter and guess what? It is not common but it does happen, here is a recent example of payment not being processed for more than 4 weeks
