I am also in the same boat but I am waiting for the decision yet, interviewed on 29th May and applied in december. and 10 years completing in september 2013

Thanks Reham for update, same happened with me on 29th may. they are treating very nice, not pressing at all. DO you know how much it will take more after interview ?? or if you know by your friends

the interview was okhe asked questions about immigration history, about the business plan and about the investment etc

Application date : 12/12/12 tier 4 to tier 1
biometric : 30/01/13
funds in third party account in UK
Interviewed : 29th May 2013
Interview question were retaed to immigration history, business related questions , about investment, about compitators, marketing researc, etc

your apeal date is after 3 months , I thinks courts are busy aswell.

your case is simple and hope fully your appeal will accepted. and you will get visa hopefully.

I received a interview letter for end of may, they do not ask any documents,
at the time of application I only provide satetment, third party afidavir and solicitor's letter etc.
SO what you people suggest should I prepare the Business plan etc or what?

The ukba web still stating that they are working on application where they receive biometric upto 9th oct 2012. just to confirm is this correct. please update if you or any of your friends receive any corresponding from ukba who did bio after 09/10/12.
