This shouldn't be a problem. Just note that it's missing. You could ask the employer to provide a letter stating that he worked for them, from-to,position, etc. HMRC employment history should be ok also. thanks Hstepper07 for your quick response, I smentioned complicated because of his early immigration status between 2004 to 2007, and so the fact that I am not sure if the resident qualifying period to use is 2007 to 2012 or 2013-2018. But I now understand the period should be last 5year i.e 2013-20...

Hi Upper Tribunal sealed it on the 27 Jan 17, so home office have until 27th April to make a decision, I have recently sent a letter to them to draw their attention to it and they have requested some documents to aid them reconsider. I have sent all requested documents so am waiting for decision now...
